Everyone was a grasshopper at one time.....

Linuxnewbie.org went online in late April and has already seized the attention of many major publications and websites. Linuxnewbie.org uses several "special sauce" like secrets where we've created a unique and friendly environment for new Linux users and other *.nix based users. Linuxnewbie.org is also a hot spot for "cool" news (can't think of a better way to put it :-] ), product reviews as well as movie reviews.

From April 1999 to the present, Linuxnewbie.org is now averaging over 500,000 hits per month while serving over 15,000 unique sites per month--a number which is constantly growing.--as of August 20th, 1999.

Why advertise on Linuxnewbie.org?

If your company sells Linux related products or other *nix based products then Linuxnewbie.org is a perfect market to target. If your company is looking for excellent ad response and want to make your product known to a highly niched market then pull up a seat.

Some of Linuxnewbie.org's current advertisers enjoy click-through rates (number of times a visitor will actually click on your banner), often in excess of 2%. This figure is above the ad industry average.

Upon account setup you will have full access to your up to the minute stats on your ad. You can see how many impressions and clickthroughs your ad as received as well as percentages of both.
