KDE Forum: Tech Briefing about KDevelop
Oct 7, 1999, 17:52 UTC (0 Talkbacks) (Other stories by Avus)

[ Thanks to Avus for this link. ]

"In a short interview (tech briefing) KDevelop project coordinator Sandy Meier talks about the current state and near future of the probably most popular open source IDE."

"The Beta 3 seems to be pretty mature already. Can you tell a rough release date for 1.0? What will still be implemeted before that?"

"There is no release date for the 1.0 final. We got many bugreports in the last weeks and we will release the final when all bugs are fixed. The 1.0 version won´t differ much from the current beta version, but there are some third party patches like an integrated debugger, Objective-C support, which we want to include as soon as possible."
