Panel to work out details 
State to consider AP plea for water   
BANGALORE
: KARNATAKA today decided to consider Andhra Pradesh’s request for release of 50 tmc of water from Almatti reservoir if the north-east monsoon was favourable to the State and agreed to set up a committee comprising officials of both states to work out details on the quantum of release. 

CBI submits Taj report to UP govt   
LUCKNOW:
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today handed over to state government a copy of its inquiry report and the Supreme Court judgement on the controversial Taj Heritage Corridor project.  



6 militants gunned down  
SRINAGAR:
In a stepped-up offensive against ultras, security forces killed six ultras, including two district commanders of Hakat-ul-Mujhadeen and Jaish-e-Mohommad in an encounter at Harmeen, Shopian in Pulwama district of south Kashmir. Three soldiers were wounded in the encounter.
