Making helmets mandatory

The government decision to make helmets
mandatory for both two-wheeler riders and those riding pillion has
received bouquets and brickbats. While some appreciate the State’s
concern for the safety of citizens, others find the hands of a helmet
lobby behind the move. Some readers want pillion riders to be exempted
