A coordination committee of the various Dalits organisations here today
threatened to launch an agitation against the State government if it failed to
take stringent action against certain police officers who had allegedly caned
Dalit youths at Nimbarga village which was rocked by caste clashes recently.

to get WIL service by next month

District Telecom Manager B Suresh Krishna had announced that by next month
Wireless in Local Loop (WIL) services will be introduced in Bhalki city and
