"Terror Tract"
TRYING TO sell an American dream, real estate agent Bob Carter (John Ritter) can't figure out why three of his top-notch houses are such a tough sell. The homes actually have blood-soaked histories, and the owners are all dead or insane. Bob has a newly wed couple ( David Deluise and Allison Smith) looking for a home of their dreams. He cheerfully takes the couple around and tells them the fate of their previous owners, relating the horrific experiences they had gone through.
The Freemont Estate speaks of the story of Sarah Freemont (Rachel York), who awakens in the dead of night. Her sadistic husband Louis (Fredric Lane) is dead, which she is aware of, and his body has been disposed of in a nearby lake. Sarah is plagued by nightmares. The Gatley Home has a different horror story to tell. Seven year-old Jennifer Gatley discovers a monkey in her backyard and her father Ron (Bryan Cranston) reluctantly allows her to keep the pet until he witnesses disturbing signs that Bobo is evil. The life of teenager Sean Goodwin (Will Estes) gets out of control at the Goodwin's Residence when he begins to experience horrifying visions of the `Granny Killer', a homicidal maniac wearing the wrinkled mask of an insane old woman. His girl friend is the next victim.
Giant Leap Entertainment presentation, "Terror Tract" is directed by Lance W. Dreesen and Clint Hutchison. Music has been composed by Brian Tyler and Ken Blakey is the director of photography.
