Many Republican failures are either arcane or too exotic for the average individual to understand much about them beyond the fact that "something bad" has happened.  This allows such scandals and/or frauds and failures to work for "the common good",  to be passed off as something to be blamed on others.

The "Sub-prime" mess is exactly that kind of failure.  Easily dismissed as, "greedy borrowers seeking to make a fast buck",  when in fact nothing could be further from the truth.  

Hopefully I can go through this and other  scandals and failures one by one and accumulate, in one place, a library where one can get quickly up to speed.  The sheer number and type of them is truly breathtaking.
