In U.S.A. Today October 7 an editorial explained why Congress has so tragically failed the U.S. consumer when it comes to ending bankers' huge bonuses, salaries, and retirement packages.

The editorial explains why tight bank regulations are facing headstrong bankers who want those multimillion dollar salaries and are prepared to fight any form of control:
