Kathy Kelly's U.S.A. Today September 30 article on Congress debating government's role in health care presented proof of life after death from Medicaid's records, as follows:

"About 1,000 prescriptions were written for dead patients and 1,200 prescriptions were written by dead physicians.

"As if that wasn't sufficient fraud for any Congress to digest there were more marvels in how Medicaid has been functioning.

"Sixty-five doctors or pharmacies writing or filling prescriptions after being banned from Medicaid for illegal selling of such drugs."
