The current United States Congress is the best money can buy.

With more lobbyists than members of the House and Senate chasing around Washington with fistfuls of big business cash, funding congressional campaigns, the votes of  America's citizens are often irrelevant.

It is estimated that it takes millions of dollars to run successful campaigns for national office.  Could it be that lobbyist campaign contributions are tantamount to bribes?
