I normally wouldn't make too much of the incident yesterday where Dick Cheney shot one of his hunting companions.  At first glance, this does appear to be just an unfortunate accident, and we can all be relieved the victim is ok.

But, this is the Bush Administration we're talking about here.  So, it is unfortunately necessary to peek behind the curtain to get at the truth.  Let's examine a few basic facts about this event:
