Summary
By minimizing the bridge and installing a ramscoop structure, this section can gather stellar matter for additional fuel, doubling the strategic range of a ship, and the ship does not need to refuel.
This Hiver-only section increases effective range by collecting fuel while traveling in interstellar space. Ramscoops operate by using powerful magnetic fields to scoop up interstellar hydrogen. This is a fusion era technology and as such does not work with the Fission Section, the Pulsed Fission Section or the Long Range Fission Section.
