| Effect: | Allows the player to observe any combat within sensor range. Allows Repair and Salvage ships to create Spy Ships |
| Notes: | You have to click the satellite dish icon in the middle of the battle notification (where you would normally click to auto-resolve) to watch a battle. A player can either tactically fight their own combats OR watch other player's combat but not both. You are only allowed to observe one combat. Selecting a second one will deselect the first. |
