| Effect: | Virus delivered from orbit via Bio Missiles. Reduces target colony infrastructure to 0.0. Prevents any construction or planetary improvements work on the colony while the plague is in effect. Kills large segments of population each turn. The AI tends to start overharvesting to attempt to rebuild the colony, not realizing the overharvesting has no effect. As a consequence, the Resources of the planet will start going down if the AI controls the colony. |
