Summary

Biological weapons are terrifying devices that are capable of exterminating the population of a colony, whilst leaving the infrastructure largely intact. They provide a great strategic advantage, but are risky to research.

Bio Weapons are normally delivered via Bio Missiles from a Bio War Section.

The Zuul are a weaponised life form created by Species Y to wreak havoc on the Morrigi of an earlier generation.

Zuul young are thus also considered a Bio Weapon, released during colony attacks by Wraith, Assault Shuttle and Slave Disk vessels.
