| Effect: | Allows ship designs to include a Destroyer Disruptor mission section or a Cruiser or Dreadnought sized Disruptor command section. Once down, Disruptor shields take 30 seconds to recharge. Lasers have a chance to ricochet off of Disruptor shields. |
