81 lbs. DuraStack Weights: The weight plates are arranged in a rugged 81 lb. stack, designed for smooth, consistent performance.
Combination Chest Press/Fly Station: Get twice the upper-body results with this 2-in-1 station that functions as both a chest press and a chest fly station.
High Pulley (15 exercises) and Low Pulley (40 exercises): Pulleys have no set path which makes them very versatile while providing resistance. Perform a number of additional exercises to target those hard to get areas.
Rolled Preacher Pad: Isolate your biceps and forearms, while ensuring proper exercise form with this preacher pad that's been rolled at the top for increased comfort.
4-Roll Leg Developer: Build and develop your quads, hamstrings, glutes and hip-flexors with this 4-roll leg developer.

Even though it took me about five hours to put together by myself, which caused me to screw up my back for about a week, once I got better I realized that this is a GREAT PRODUCT!!! I would definately recommend this to anybody that has the room for it (which is not much). The lower cable to difficult for many of the exercises that are available, but people with that lower strength range can use the bands to increase their strength in that area, then they can use the lower pulley. If creative enough, there are exercises that you can do on the machine that is not diagramed. Happy workouts!!! 01/09/2009
