  • Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
    A. Shipping Rates depends on 2 factors: Total weight of the order and the shipping method chosen. You will see the rates and Shipping Method options before you finalize your order.

    For US Customers, rates start at $2.49 for Domestic Saver Mail. Other options include UPS and FedEx.

    International Rates start at $4.99 for World Mail - which generally takes 2+ weeks to deliver. International customers may also have an option of UPS Worldwide.
    Q. Do you charge sales tax?
    A. We collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your order total will reflect any applicable tax. Orders shipped to California and Florida will have sales tax collected.
    Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
    A. Yes. We use encryption technology to keep your information safe.
    Q. Why does Explicit Content appear next to some album names?
    A. Explicit Content appears next to albums that have been identified as containing strong language, sex or violence. Please refer to www.parentalguide.org for additional information.

    Q. Why do you want my phone number to check out an order?
    A. Some shippers require the phone number to aid in resolving delivery problems.
    Q. What payment methods do you accept?
    A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and now PayPal.
    Q. Do you sell PAL format videos?
    A. Currently, we do not sell any PAL format videos.
    Q. Do I have to enter my credit card number every time I place an order?
    A. Yes, you have to enter a credit card number every time you place an order since we don't save credit card numbers for your added security.
    Q. When will my order arrive?
    A. Most orders shipped to a U.S. address should arrive within 4 - 7 business days. Holidays, weather or other factors could impact delivery. The primary shipping location is Shepherdsville, KY. Orders are shipped primarily via US Domestic Saver Mail but your shipping location may have an option of selecting US 1st Class Mail, UPS or FedEx. Higher rates apply when shipping via UPS or FedEx. If you choose expedited shipping, and your order includes a Back Order, Special Order, or Pre-Order item, we will ship via the chosen ship method when we have the item available to ship.

    International orders shipped via World Mail generally require 2+ weeks to deliver. UPS International may arrive within a week. All international orders are subject to customs and local holidays and shipping delays.
    Q. What does 'Special Order', Pre-Order, and 'Back Order' mean?
    A. Special Order titles are not normally stocked in our warehouse. We have to make a special request for those items, so extra time will be required. Pre-Orders are titles that have yet to be officially released into the marketplace. We will ship these as soon as we are allowed under the industry's New Release shipping rules, generally beginning the weekend before release. Back Orders are titles where the warehouse has no current stock. We generally allow the suppliers up to six weeks to source the Special Order or Back Order item for us, if they can.
