Rated 1 out of 5 by carrie584 can you give a -20 We were super excited about this playset had everything we wanted.... then we went to put it together. It took about 10min and we found our first missing piece... then another... and another... over 25 missing pieces. How does a person forget to put the swings in the box? Called to complain about it and get the parts which will not be here for at least 3 days! I am so upset with this and I would say if you are going to buy this piece of junk order it 2 weeks before you plan on setting it up to make sure you have the parts you need... and by make sure I mean cover your yard in them and count everything... cause if you need help from the company for parts they really don't care. If I could I would take stars away from the rating! 05/26/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by JAJMO Still trying to put it together I ordered this product at the beginning of May and had it shipped to Walmart. Received it within the week and that was great....until we got it out of the box and realized that more than half of the pieces were missing. It took 3 weeks to receive the missing pieces from the 1st phone call. It is now the end of June and as my husband began putting the roof and remainder of the playground together we are missing even more pieces. It is like we received two different playground sets. So, while I cannot say anything about the finished product at this point, I can say without a doubt the packaging/quality control of the product is beyond poor. I will be contacting them once again and asking for a manager. I am sooooo disappointed!!! If it wasn't so difficult to repackage this thing and send it back, then I would have done it a month ago but now we are invested in this darn thing!!! 06/24/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 Headache Walmart site to store was great. Product arrived and first thing went through the contents to verify we had all the parts. MANY parts missing. Contacted manufacturer and placed an order for the missing parts. Easy enough. Contacted manufacturer a week later and not only had the order not shipped yet, they tell me the parts I need are not even made yet. Clerk tells me "they will get right on it sometime next week." Had I known it was going to be this big of a headache I would not have purchased this product. Cannot recommend it. 06/01/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by funnyd Buy a different brand!!!!! This is my first review ever and I am steaming mad over this swing set!! I can't really rate it, Because I don't have ALL OF IT!!!!!! My husband I Disagreed on which brand to by for our daughter. I wanted the one with 5 stars and no complaints..well I lost and we chose this one. Ladies...What a HUGE mistake!!!I placed the order on May 28,2012 and it is currently June 27th. First they shipped two boxes seperatley. So,we recieved 2 boxes on wednesday and the last box came on saturday. Then we checked the parts and found that about 14 pieces were missing. And I kid you not, Customer service answered the phone by saying "Hi. Are you calling for Missing Parts ?" UMMMM...That should tell you enough!!!I'm am so ticked off that a whole month has gone by..and we have nothing to show for the money we spent. They haven't even sent an e-mail to notify me that the parts were shipped. Have to call again and ask. Please..save yourself the aggrevation and go with a different brand. My husband claimed that you can't always go by the reviews..well He learned A nice lesson by ignoring the advice of others. And I learned to not listen to him in the future!!!! 06/27/2012
