15 Do Not Buy! This has to be the worst purchase of my life. Took 4 hours to put together and then after using the machine for 5 min and 34 seconds it won't change resistance and makes a grinding metal sound. After a calling proform I was told I would have to take apart the fly wheel, which comes pre-assembled and tell them over the phone what is wrong. For a +$550 purchase it should work more than 5 mins and if it doesn't it shouldn't be my problem to solve for them. Do not buy this item and read your reviews because proform doesnt have many good ones. 06/21/2012
45 Gets job done I like the machine ive only had about a week but u get a workout... it has nice options for more calorie burning workouts... the one thing i dont like is that its not very quite and moves a little on carpet... but other than that its a good machine...p.s it was alot to put together so it might be better to pay have done but if you will do it urself have two people at the least!!! 06/21/2012
