This is an oversize item. It is shipped through a freight company and will arrive at your address about 7 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will not take it inside. We recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the truck and move it to its final location. Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. However, if there is visible content damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service associate by calling 1-800-966-6546. Please have your order number available when you call. Pictures, and pictures only are not the best way to instruct someone on putting together a item of this size and cost. Dowel pin holes did not seem to be deep enough, and caused for some to break through during building process. So now my $500 investment is blemished. I bought the Hutch too. The size is great, and with the Hutch, storage is great! Just be very careful when your building it, the instructions are not clear. Shipping was great though, it all was shipped to the store, via FedEx for free. 04/22/2008

It was easy to put together with all the parts labeled but was alittle challenging with the big pieces. I love the size to it..it is not a childs desk. I do wish it had more drawers and storage.
