15 Not a great purchase I too had the same problem with the engraving being on the inside of the ring when the product information and the photo clearly state the engraving to be on the outside. I was not very pleased to find this as this was an anniversary present for my husband and he was there with me when I picked it up and got to see me upset when I found that the ring did not look like I knew it was supposed to look. I got a refund for the ring and I guess I will have to try another product to make sure that I get what I pay for. 08/23/2012
25 Half of what I ordered I of course ordered this as a gift and was pleased when it got to me in a timely manner. The only issue I have with it is that what I want written was not what they wrote for me apparently. Guess what I wanted to say wasn't good enough I suppose. I specifically remember writing that I wanted "I will always love you" instead they sent me a ring with "I will always be with you." Its not that bad but its not what I wanted at all and to be honest makes me sound a little like a stalker. I'm very disappointed with what I was given. With the short time I needed it in, I'm not even sure its worth the hassle of sending it in for the right one. Be careful when you order. Everything else on it looks very nice but apparently your words from the heart aren't good enough for them. 05/03/2012
