Rated 5 out of 5 by SixxCat The taste is addicting! For a protein bar, the taste was really addicting. Especially in the Chocolate Caramel flavour (that's my favourite!). There's 10g protein per bar, and since there's fiber included; you won't get constipated. If you're not someone who likes things too sweet, it is very easy to remove the caramel 'kisses' (like Hershey Kisses) from the top of the bars. They are a bit hard to chew, but that's part of the fun as they're not likely to crumble, or break off in your hand, or leave a huge mess. Plus, they do work well with your body. I felt so much more energized when eating these bars, and my muscles started to look even better than ever! My only complain is you only get six bars in a box for about $6 (including my state tax). That's like paying $1 per bar, which is like an entire meal if you lived off of fast food! All in all, these bars are gorgeous, and I love to eat them if I have to eat breakfast on the go, or if I've just done a really rough workout. Or even just if I'm having major sweet cravings, and I'm feeling really light-headed. They're worth the money, even if the price is a bit outrageous for someone on a tight budget. :) 07/09/2012
