Rated 4 out of 5 by peacefulfeelingz CREATINE BODY FORTRESS I like this but it's milder than I expected. It says it has NOS in it but I don't feel it.... I think it's supposed to be more of a Recovery product, which is great, but I thought I had read that it has the energy building formula in it as well, and it seems like it has 'some' but it isn't like the superpump 250 that I used to take, that is expensive, but this is more cost effective and it lasts..... my son and I both use this formula and it's got quite a bit left, over half and it's been about 2 1/2 weeks I believe since I bought it, so that's real good, the superpump formula only lasts half as long as this formula. My son puts a NOS formula, Cr-4 I think it's called, and mixes it with this. 10/07/2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by gusbus22 One of the best creatine blends around. Ive tried alot of creatine products and this was the best one by far. I wouldnt recommend it as a prework out supplement. the only pre work out thing in it is the sugar and l arginine. I was taking body fortress whey and sup nos pills. instead of taking 3 before and after work out i took 3 before and then the creatine as a post work out. it saves the 3 after work out pills. I only gained about 3 lbs but i have noticed a good bit of more muscle mass. others might get even better results since ive been lifting weight and taking supplements for years. I gained about 25 lbs on bench and 30 on squat. GREAT CREATINE!!! better than cell mass as far as im concerned. 09/24/2011
