Rated 5 out of 5 by DLEE2012 I had been told that glucose tablets tasted terrible but I felt I should have them in the event I needed something if my glucose level got too low. I did need to use a tablet last week. I wasvery pleasantly surprised, it tasted great and worked very quickly. They are about the size of a quarter and about 1/2 inch thick, easy to bite into. I didn't put the whole tab in my mouth , Itook about half of it and waited a few minutes and took the other half. They are very sweet but the fruit punch flavor is good and does its job. 02/25/2012
