The only problem, I see is that the instructions are confusing in stating it should be used in a preheated oven, becauseof the extreme temperature change, and that makes no sense to me. Also, it does not give anylimit to the oven temperature, and I do not know if it can be taken for granted, that food can bebroiled in these or not. However, overall, I am pleased with this purchase. 01/12/2013
