Rated 5 out of 5 by napstersmom The carpets are SO clean Like so many other people I have been using a Bissel Pro Heat for the past 4 years. I thought I was pretty happy with it even though it was a pain to clean. Today I got everything ready to clean the carpet and it would not put any spray out on the carpet. I did a quick review on Walmart.com and then picked up this great carpet cleaner from my local Walmart for about half of what I had paid for my Bissel. I am SO pleased at how well this works and how dry it left my carpets. It was so much easier to clean since it doesn't have the bladder. The only thing I didn't like is that I have to clean and rinse the carpets in two separate steps but I am now very sure that my carpets are completely rinsed and clean. Thank you for carrying such a great product at such a great price! 12/17/2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Meshugga056 Good price, failed after 4 uses. Bought this from Walmart in April. I have used it 4 times and had to take it into a local shop for repair. The turbine failed and requires a 2 week part order/repair. It worked great when it did work but it obviously is not reliable. I would recommend a different brand. 11/07/2012
