Rated 5 out of 5 by wren207 Worth every penny Cleaner works super! Much easier to use than I thought. It cleans well. Some stains needed extra cleaning, but all came out...even old stains. Stanley Steamer would have charged us $400 for our house, this machine and several bottles of cleaner were MUCH less expensive and we can use it whenever we need it.The only 'pain' was the fact that the clean water tank and the dirty water tank don't always need refilling/emptying at the same time. 07/20/2010

This is our first steam cleaning machine, and while it does not have its own way to heat the water, using really hot water from the sink seems to do the trick. It's a bit noisy to be used for the long term, but in 30-minute segments, bearable. Very convenient to add hot water and detergent to the top container and relatively easy to empty the dirty water in the lower container. In a standard 10' x 10' room, you'll go through a half-dozen tanks of clean water, which means you need lots of detergent (soap). The no-name brand at Walmart works well and is one-third less in price than the name brands. 09/08/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pandina Amazing Steamer, tiny problems. The steamer works amazingly. The carpet is dry with in an hour, sometimes dry in 30 minutes! It's not too heavy. It removes pet stains really well (I even got up cranberry juice stains). The only problems I have with the steamer are that the tanks are tiny and the cord is really short so you need to unplug it every time you move to a different room. Overall I say this cleaner is worth the money and worth the small tank. 06/10/2011
