I don't know if you are familiar with the celebrity "Brooke," the host of "Dancing with the Stars." I guess after her four children, she patented a belt that was supposed to help trim the waistline. She swears by it, and her incredible body seems to be proof. This belt was only $5, so I said "What the hey. Let me try it." It definitely makes your mid section sweat, and after you take it off it is soaked. Doesn't keep its shape too well though when you take it off so you have to hang it and let it dry to return it to its somewhat normal appearance. But for $5, I don't regret buying it. I need all the help I can get to trim my enormous gut! LoL! 06/24/2010

I can say that it does sure make you sweat but it will work better if you wear it while working out. I use it when I get on the teadmill and when I get done my whole midsection is soaked. Just an extra thing to help you loose that belly weight. 05/13/2010

I PUT IT ON OVER MY GYM CLOTHES; WHICH IS RECOMMENDED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS. I'M VERY IMPRESSED BY THE PRICE AND THE PRODUCT.
