When I received the necklace, it had several small scratches on the charm. Also, the packaging was done very poorly which may have caused the scratches. I did not return this due to the cost of shipping, but I will not buy online again 03/04/2008

For the price, this necklace really cannot be beat. I plan on getting another for my mom-in-law too; she's a bit more picky, but I think even she will be pleased (no sarcasm intended, seriously). I do have one word of advice: Plan ahead as this piece does take some time to customize and ship but well worth the wait. 02/08/2008
