Rated 5 out of 5 by ElPOldGuy Great machine, many options This machine is probably overkill for me, but I needed to do it. (I'm 68 and way out of shape.) The machine went together easily for me (I'm single, too.) and it is bigger in my trailer than it was in the store, lol. Took a couple hours for me, but went well. The machine has numerous workout programs with it, plus I bought the Jillian Michaels Level 1 workout SD card. The machine is smooth to operate. It has resistance levels, easy to change. Only bad thing is I think the cup holder is in an inconvenient place, and the heart-rate monitor is difficult to get a good reading off of. 07/17/2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by KRAECOTT Endless problems assembling this elliptical! This elliptical was our first purchase of any home exercise machine and so far, we have not been happy with our purchase. Finally, after having the elliptical for a while, we were able to get it to work correctly (so far!). We have had SO many problems with it and have wasted MANY many hours working on fixing the issues. We spent 8+ hours putting this elliptical together (having problems with the electrical and having mislabeled parts and unclear directions- which made us disassemble almost everything and redo it all) and we did end up properly assembling it. Then, we were finally able to use it for around 3-4 days until the squeaking started!!! We could not use the machine at all because of the incredibly loud squeaking. We could not find the issue- we would take things apart and grease things up and the squeaking would stop for 1 minute of use and then it would start up again. Not until we took the machine completely apart (again!) and greased everything (again!) did it stop. SO many wasted hours. I'm sure you can sense my frusteration- we've spent more time fixing problems than we have gotten to use the machine!It makes me even more frusterated that this has gotten such great reviews! We had nothing but bad luck with this since we bought it.Other than that- the elliptical is decent. I do like the features. 03/31/2012

I personally don't feel it was a waste of money but I wouldn't say it was a great deal either. I do feel like a I get a workout from it even though the stride length is short. For my size, 225lbs and 6" tall, it does wobble a bit but nothing I am worried about. I might sound odd but I am trying to give a fair impression of this elliptical. I like it but I didn't run through the streets yelling how awesome of a purchase I made and how great this elliptical is. 01/19/2012

We use MP3 separate, not the speakers. It replaced a 10+ year old pro-form treadmill. We hope this lasts as long. 01/14/2012
