I've owned 3 days and cant get off of it because I break a real sweat within the first 3 minutes. I know I'm going to see results because looking at the calories I burn makes me watch what I eat because it takes a while to burn one drink. 03/10/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by reviewsareuseful Great Exercie Bike I look forward to exercising every morning with this bike. I purchased this bike because of the inexpensive price along with wonderful reviews. I was NOT disappointed. I have had the bike for a couple weeks and use it every morning for 30-40 minutes at #4 resistance. The seat is firm but not too hard..doesnt bother me at all. I use to take spin classes regularly and those seats were alot harder. Trick is to sit all the way back on the seat. The bike is light but sturdy, doesnt take up much space and is definitely quiet enough to not bother others in a different room or watch tv while spinning. I am very happy with this purchase. BTW, my hubby found it very easy to put together and he is not one of those handy guys. 03/07/2011
