The Frigidaire FRA10EHT2 10,000-BTU Through the Wall Air Conditioner is ideal for medium rooms of up to 500 square feet. It features an antimicrobial filter that can reduce bacteria, room odors and other airborne particles for a comfortable environment and improved air quality. The versatile Frigidaire room air conditioner also has a supplemental heating capability to provide an additional heat source when needed. This through-the-wall air conditioner/heater has 10,000-BTU cooling capacity and 10,600-BTU heating capacity. It also features three speeds for cooling, heating, and the fan function. The air conditioner and heater combo features 4.9 cooling amps and 15.5 heating amps and is fully controlled with ready-select electronic controls. It is also equipped with a timer, a clean filter alert, and a sleep mode for extra convenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MartMan47 Good thru the wall cooling/heating unit We have a room over our garage we use for storage, workout and occasionally my sister and her husband. It is 19 x 21 so 400 sq. ft. It is an add-on we built in 1989 and put in a thru the wall air conditioner/heater unit so we could use it all year. We are in Houston and it gets hot in the summer! This is the third unit. I researched the BTU's, the reviews, and the Frigidaire looked good. We have 220 service from the first unit but at 10,000 BTU's most of the one's I saw were 120volt. There is a bunch of stuff up there so I was worried that a 120volt unit on the one 20amp circuit would be a problem. I found the Frigidaire 220volt and Walmart was right at the top of the Google list! I've never bought something like this from them, but store delivery was available and the store is only a couple miles away. I figured having something like this delivered to the house might be a problem with damage. The unit came several days before it was promised, a Walmart employee helped me out to the car with it, the whole process took about 15 minutes. Very good experience with Walmart store delivery! Thank you!I thought I would have to get some help to install but realized it was lighter than I thought. I lugged it up a flight of stairs, removed the old unit, read the booklet, cleaned up the existing sleeve, put in the new insulating strips and guides and had it solid in about an hour. It fired right up and the next day that room was comfortable again. It is almost a month later, I just leave it on Energy Saver. The first unit we had, another brand, lasted 17 years.
