Rated 4 out of 5 by likeitcold Great bang for the buck, but very noisy!!! I bought two of these. One for my kitchen, and another for my family room. The two of them keep the entire lower level of my house cool to any temp. I like. The quality of the outside of the units does seem to be low quality and flemsy, and although the airflow louvers can be moved left or right, they do little to redirect the air where you would like. Also, they are soooooo loud OMG, but for the price, you cant beat them. Install was very easy and straight forward. The remote is a nice feature also, and further makes this a great value. I can't believe how much cheaper the price is compared to other 12,000 BTU units. I am pleased. 09/11/2012

Me and my boyfriend just purchased this product a couple weeks ago to cool our 625 square feet house and it has worked wonders! I was concerned it was not going to be big enough to cool our home but it does! We also love that you can program it when to turn on this way you can have it set to turn on an hour before you come home from work and your home is nice and cool. Definitely recommend this product to anyone! 09/07/2012
