Rated 4 out of 5 by Leftyvail I thought it was a toy... When I picked this up from the site to store desk and saw that the slightly built female clerk could handle the box, my first thought was that I had made a big mistake by going small. It assembled easily and still looked like a toy to me. Christmas morning brought four to five inches of freshies so I headed out to clear the 100 foot driveway. This little devil did very nicely. No hesitation, even when it kicked up chunks of ice. But you will need to stay ahead of your clearing operation by making sure that there is no built up ice. It won't clear all the way to pavement if you've driven on top of the snow. It hasn't got any propulsion, and it is very light, so it rides up on snowbanks and bumps. It runs very quietly...so much so that my wife and neighbors slept through it's inaugural run. The directions indicate that 10" is its limit. I can believe that, especially if you get wet snow. Here in the Rockies it tends to be very light and powdery, and for small dumps this is a nice option. I like being able to easily hang it on the garage wall and the fact that is no maintenance and no gas and oil. For the price this is a winner. 12/25/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by mcgeorge2000 I was HAPPY to receive my snow thrower when I did. It was fairly easy to assemble and I got it ready to go before the storm hit last weekend. We ended up getting over 7". The only problem I had is with the shoot. It is frozen in place. I'm hoping when it warms up that it will turn so I don't have to keep going the same way all the time. I do regret the fact that after I ordered it, they lowered the price and wouldn't give me the lower price. Overall I think it was a very good investment as I am getting older and have more aches and pains. Beats shovelling. 12/12/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Butch1248 Great value for the buck, Worked well so far, had a 10" and 6" snowfall in the last week, and did the job nicely. The first storm I had a problem with the shute getting snow where the turning mechanism is and it froze so I couldn't adjust direction of shute. Used two old grey athletic sock sown together wrap around the area and problem solved, just dry out socks for next use. Works much better than expected and sure is cheaper than a gas/oil blower, quieter, and easy to control. 12/30/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by maemk Excellent Walmart ship-to store. I am still Lucky that I have not had any snow so I cannot at this time rate the snowblower. Therefore I am just rating the shipping and putting the product together. The Walmart delivery to the store was great. Fast and promt delivery. The product just had a few parts to put together, took less than 30 minutes. It is now stored in my shed waiting for snow which now may not come.I will rate the actual product after the first use. 01/11/2013
