Rated 4 out of 5 by grandmamark Pin hole in liner. The pool is what we expected for the price. What we didn't expect was a pin hole in the liner. Couldn't tell it was there until the water was put in and then out came water. It is frustrating to bring in dirt to level a spot, add sand and a tarp, set it all up and think all is well. It took 2 days to get it all right for the pool to be put in place and it all looked nice. Now we are ready for the water guy to come and he does the very next day. Had to make to trips to get it almost full. First trip with water went just great. He leaves and comes back with second load of water and it is also going along just fine and the pool is almost full and the water is complete. Walk around to the other side of pool to make sure all is well and there is water squirting out of the pin hole. I did patch it with two of the patches that came with the pool for "pin holes" and so far it has stuck. Has been 3 whole days. I have called the company and they will replace the liner within 90 days. I have to cut 4 pieces of the liner and send it to them with the receipt. Which is all fine and good but maybe I didn't want to take it down in that amount of time. That is what has to happen unless I want to drain the water now and they will replace it now. Can't waste that amount of money for the water.I don't know the remedy to making sure no pin holes are in the liners but it would cause less anxiety if it could be done. All in all I suppose it could have been worse.The customer service gentleman I spoke with was very accommodating and pleasant by the way. 07/13/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by spidercatcher Easy setup Love the pool, set up was easy. The hardest part had been to get the ground level enough to finally get the pool set up. Make sure that you put some kind of support under each leg or the legs will sink into the ground or sand. 07/12/2011

The construction of the even more expensive pool that was indefinitely out-of-stock was even better.Unfortunately, this model comes with the smaller filter which experience tells me will need to be replaced in a season or two.Honestly, this is a good deal if you cannot afford the more expensive model. 07/11/2011
