We don't have a home computer or internet/Wi-Fi at home so we were concerned about how we would use it. We use our cell phone's mobile hot spot to download games, books and surf the internet. When we turn off the mobile hot spot the games still play and you can still read the books, you just can’t surf the internet. The touch screen works very well, it's responsive. We charge the battery at night so as long as you have the brightness very low to low the battery will last pretty much all day. It hasn’t died on us yet. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because to me it’s a little heavy. Maybe it just seems that way after I have been using it for a while? 12/31/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bills1931 Great for entry level to tablets/Ipods. Still learning to use the Tablet. Takes as much learning as a computer, only slower, including Setup. A non-computer user will have a learning curve and to be patient in learning to use the device. Purchasing on sale ($140) is recommended by me. I paying more, I probably would consider an Ipod. 12/28/2012

As an owner of both a desktop and laptop as well as an iphone, I was impressed with the quality of the tablets. I might have to buy one for myself. 12/27/2012
