Site to Store Pickup: This item is packaged in multiple large boxes that may not fit in a standard-sized vehicle. Please make sure you have a large car or truck for store pickup.

- Depending on your experience, assembly of this wood play set should take approximately 10-14 hours after inventory of parts. Therefore, we recommend you set aside a full day for assembly.

- Lumber is pre-drilled, pre-cut, and pre-stained
- Lumber is stamped for ease of assembly
- Play set footprint is 18' 1" L x 7' 9 1/2" W x 9' 3 1/2" H; the recommended safe play area is 30' 1" L x 25' 10" W x 15' 3 1/2" H
- Place in a flat area of your yard to minimize ground preparation.
- Choose a level location for the equipment. This can reduce the likelihood of the cedar play set tipping over and loose-fill surfacing material washing away during heavy rains.
- Place the equipment not less than 6 feet from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires.
- Provide enough room so that the children can use the equipment safely. For example, for structures with multiple play activities, a slide should not exit in front of a swing.
- It is a good idea to place your Playcenter in an area that is convenient for adults to watch children at play.
- Do not build your playset on top of surfacing material.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jakemomma Great Product This is the prefect swing set for my 3 year old. It was alot of work to put together. It took 4 men 8 hours to put together. They said the directions are hard to follow. The big help is that all the wood is labeled and pre drilled, that is huge!! The only problem with the swing set is that I need to buy new chains for the swings. My son is really short for his age so I need to buy longer chains to lower one of them so he can get in the swing himself. Other than that its a a great set!! 05/25/2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Huneybear I was excited to get this but like other people have said the labeling of the wood changes half way through. The instructions are not very explainable, good thing there are some pictures you can make out what there talking about. Some of the boards were warped so it made it difficult to get some of the parts together had to use a c-clamp to put the swingbeam together. Some bolts were missing and wood was damaged from the fork lift. My husband said if they weren't so expensive else where we would of gotten the other ones. But this was more in our price range. I think once its totally put together it will be fine. My husband feels it may need bigger ankers in it with the wind we get here. 05/24/2010

The picture is a little decieving because it is a small swing set but it is perfect for one or two children. Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyInBrownsvillePa My kids absolutely love it! It definately has lots of pieces that are overwhelming at first, but the outcome is worth it! The only suggestion I would have is to have the option of choosing which swing you would prefer (EX. 1-2 infant swings/1-2 belt swings or one of each). I ended up purchasing an infant swing so that both my 1 year old and 3 year old could enjoy it! All in all, it was a great purchase. 05/11/2010
