We seperated all of the parts first, they were all labeled, which is a BIG plus, we were missing 1 board and 2 hinges for the playhouse door, but the company shipped them RIGHT away with no hassle. It took about 15 hours total to put this swing set together, which in my opinion is not bad because my husband is not really a "handyman"!!!!!! We like the swing set, and I hope we get many years out of it!!!!!!! 06/19/2011
