Now in her 60's, aches and pains have set in on her feet and ankles which makes walking difficult. We bouught the tricycle with the hope of her being able to exercise a little. She had a difficult time the 1st ride but is now getting a little further each ride. The Site-Store option worked very well, and they also assembled it for free. The product is very nice and light. 06/29/2010
