The seal over the picture wasn't a good quality either; the edges were rough, not smooth. The actual chain that goes with it looks different than the one displayed online, but it's still nice & has a good length for a guy. Lettering was good. Wish that there was a gift wrapping option.For $24, I would have expected a higher quality product. What I got should have been priced $15 at the most. 06/11/2011

Maybe it is the way they bend the photo to fit the dog tag, but over all she is very excited about how it looks. The price was more than other companies but it is still a quality piece. 12/24/2012
