The Hitachi 10" 15 Amp Compound Miter Saw provides smooth, accurate miters and crosscuts in a variety of work pieces. This accurate miter saw includes a 10" 24-tooth TCT saw blade, an extended fence, a dust bag, a vise assembly, a box wrench and a hex bar wrench. The 15 amp motor on the Hitachi Miter Saw produces intense power for the toughest cutting jobs. The Hitachi 10" 15 Amp Compound Miter Saw features a 0-52 degree miter range for increased flexibility. With a 0-45 degree bevel range and adjustable bevel stops, the accurate miter saw provides precision cuts. The horizontal handle on the Hitachi Miter saw reduces elastomer grip. The large extended flip fence raises to 4" for cutting crown molding vertically. This Hitachi 10" 15 Amp Compound Miter Saw also has a large table that provides better material support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WScott Great Product and Instructions Good Be Better Have had saw for 6 months and used for hardwood flooring in three rooms and baseboard throughout house. Saw works great, is right size, and is good product for less-than-expert user (OK, started a beginner and now am slightly advanced beginner). Pluses are durability and simplicity. Minuses are instructions are confusing. Assemby required determining that what had required a 5/32 socket now required an allen wrench. Good news, the correct tools are included, which aided determining where instructions went awry (fastener A is where instruction says it is and it is not same fitting as instructions, however what is there fits with tool supplied). Would buy again and recommend Hitachi work on correcting instructions and also provide more helpful tools for first time users (i.e. picking right blade to go through hardwood, although blade supplied did great job on first room). 01/07/2013
