The powerful Piezo driver and large bell diameter make this megaphone extremely effective in both indoor and outdoor applications. Grip the handle and speak or detach the microphone to let your voice be heard. This 50-watt megaphone even has a ten second recording function, so you can easily play back a prerecorded message. Volume control allows you to adjust the sound to your liking. Use the included rechargeable batteries, 8C batteries (not included) or a DC 12-Volt power supply (not included).

My only upset was that we could not get the USB port to play an iPod...and we read the instructions & tried several different iPods. However, it worked for what we needed it to & was cheaper than other sites I researched. It arrived SUPER fast & in great condition. 10/27/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by TitSmitten Great Volume, Still not sure about the recording.. Just bought this megaphone and I must say, it is louder than what I would have ever expected. I bought it for a Greek Week event for my fraternity for which I was chosen to be the host/referee so I had to be heard by about 2000+ drunk sorority ladies and fraternity guys... I didn't think anything could meet my expectations but the volume on this unit did the job. I would have liked to have been able to replay a recorded phrase such as "ladies and gentlemen, please clear the playing field as the competition is about to begin. Thank you.".. however I can't manage to get the recording feature to work. Suggestions appreciated. Great product overall. 04/05/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by rdrisc Nice megaphone with rechargeable battery pack. I used this for an event in an open field with about 1000 people. It worked out perfectly. The record function was handy and the detached microphone worked extremely well. The sound was pretty clear, for a megaphone. The battery pack worked well and lasted a long time (5 hour event with constant use), but took a long time to charge (12 hours). You can use 8 D batteries if the battery pack wears out. Great Price/Great Buy. 08/30/2012
