I live in an apartment and I go to the gym a lot but I wanted something to do at home when I am watching TV that was small enough for my little apartment. I have had it for a few weeks now and I have been using it a few hours every day when I am sitting on the couch watching TV. I have lost 5 pounds so far and my legs are getting leaner and very nice!!! I am so glad I got this! Why not sit and watch TV and work out at the same time in the comfort of your own home! It was very easy to put together.It is easy to use. I have been using it standing. But I will start using it more as a sit and watch TV.Great way to work you legs. 01/04/2013

You can work out by standing up which is like an elliptical with no arms or by sitting which is like a recumbent bike. Standing is a little harder until you get a feel for it but i keep a chair in front of me for balance. The seated position is awesome if you just want to relax and watch tv on the couch. Either way its a great workout and the machine is super quiet. 01/15/2013
