{Crochet Cacti Pattern}

Materials
Size 3.5 mm and 3mm hook
Yarn needle
Yarn marker (optional)
Stuffing
Flower pots in small size

Yarn
For the yarn, I use worsted weight yarn in different variations of green for cactus body and brown for sand. I used cotton yarn for the flowers.

Cacti Pattern
For round cactus:
Body
With green color of your choice ch 2
Round 1: 5sc in 2nd ch from hook (5)
Round 2: 2 sc in each stitch (10)
Round 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (15)
Round 4: *2 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (20)
Round 5: *3 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (25)
Round 6: *4 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (30)
Round 7: *5 sc, 2 sc in next st *. Repeat from * 5 times (35)
Round 8: *6 sc, 2 sc in next st *. Repeat from * 5 times (40)
Round 9-12: sc in each stitch around (40)
Round 13: *6 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (35)
Round 14: *5 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (30)
Round 15: *4 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (25)
Round 16: *3 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (20)
Round 17: *2 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (15)
Round 18: *1 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (10)
Stuff firmly, fasten off and sew open end closed.

Soil:
With brown color of your choice ch 2
Round 1: 5sc in 2nd ch from hook (5)
Round 2: 2 sc in each stitch (10)
Round 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (15)
Round 4: *2 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (20)
Round 5: *3 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (25)
Round 6: *4 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (30)
Round 7: *5 sc, 2 sc in next st *. Repeat from * 5 times (35)
Round 8-11: sc in each stitch around (35)
Round 12: *5 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (30)
Round 13: *4 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (25)
Round 14: *3 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (20)
Round 15: *2 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (15)
Round 16: *1 sc, 1sc dec in next stitch *. Repeat from * 5 times (10)
Stuff firmly, fasten off and sew open end closed.

Making-up:
Sew body of the cactus to the soil. Place in a small flower pot. Admire your cactus.
For stalk cactus:

Round 1: 5sc in 2nd ch from hook (5)
Round 2: 2 sc in each stitch (10)
Round 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (15)
Round 4: *2 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (20)
Round 5-21: sc around in each stitch (20)
Stuff firmly, fasten off and sew open end closed.

 For the middle-sized stalk:
With green color of your choice ch 2
Round 1: 5sc in 2nd ch from hook (5)
Round 2: 2 sc in each stitch (10)
Round 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (15)
Round 4-11: sc around in each stitch (15)
Stuff firmly, fasten off and sew open end closed.

 For the small sized stalk:
With green color of your choice ch 2
Round 1: 5sc in 2nd ch from hook (5)
Round 2: 2 sc in each stitch (10)
Round 3-9: sc around in each stitch (10)
Stuff firmly, fasten off and sew open end closed.

Soil:
With brown color of your choice ch 2
Round 1: 5sc in 2nd ch from hook (5)
Round 2: 2 sc in each stitch (10)
Round 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st*. Repeat from* 5 times (15)

Flower for all cacti:
Using cotton yarn and 3mm hook ch 2:
Round 1: 6sc in 2nd ch from hook  (6)
Round 2: 2sc in each stitch sl st to starting ch (12)
Round 3: ch 3, 1 dc in same st, sl st in next, repeat around.
