This Everlast MMA stand is easy to assemble and allows one person to attach or detach heavy bags with ease. It will accommodate bags up to 100 lbs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by FitSess One thing off... The pull up bar was different then the picture shows. I received a straight bar to go across instead of the bar in the shape of a Y. That's not right.Other then that, I like it. It needs a bag to weigh it down in order for me to do pull ups, because that's what I got it for. I would like to try it with a bag. 09/23/2012
