UPS/FEDEX SHIPMENTS
Many of our products are delivered via UPS/FedEx and may not require a signature upon delivery (the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person). Tracking of shipments by UPS/FedEx can be done through our carrier’s websites, www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com. In the event you have not received a tracking number via e-mail, you may track your order by visiting the order status section located at the bottom of our website www.PlumStruck.com. TO-THE-DOOR FREIGHT DELIVERY
We provide To-the-Door Delivery by contracted freight carriers, which is the standard shipping method for items that are too large or heavy for shipment with normal package carriers. Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will require someone to be present during the delivery. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window. To-the-Door Delivery deliveries are made outside the main home entrance (e.g. inside a garage or to a front porch). Transporting the item into the home or other area and disposing of packaging material is the customers responsibility. Upon delivery and before you sign the carriers delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package to check that all items are accounted for. If anything is missing or damaged, please note it in detail on the delivery receipt and email PlumStruck Customer Care. If an item is missing or damaged, we will ship a replacement part when possible or may arrange for a complete replacement. Please refuse delivery if the entire package is damaged.
WHITE GLOVE FREIGHT DELIVERY
We're happy to provide White Glove Freight Delivery, which is a premium service that includes special handling and in home placement. In home deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will require someone to be present during delivery. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule an appointment, generally within a 4-hour window.
The delivery agent will place and unpack your product in the room of your choice, (additional handling charges will be required if the item must be carried more than two normal flights of stairs. This means up to 15 steps each). The agent will remove all packaging materials upon completion. Assembly and movement of existing furniture are not included with this service. Upon delivery and before you sign the carriers delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package to check that all items are accounted for. Order Processing Time
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays). Please call us at 888-382-4537 for quotes on expedited shipping.
Shipping Methods
Items typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
Small packages are shipped by FedEx or UPS. However, when it is best for you, we may ship using USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on select items.
Oversize and heavy items over 150 lbs are shipped using our Self-Service Delivery which requires that you remove the item from the truck and move it into your home yourself. However, upgraded delivery is available for a small additional fee. Please contact Dazadi at 888-382-4537 for more information. The shipping company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time. Typically, deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery and inspect it at the scheduled delivery time.
When your item is delivered, immediately count the cartons and inspect them on all sides for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for a carton to show some wear; however, if it is clear that major damage has occurred, note the damage on the shipping receipt and contact us immediately at 888-382-4537.
