PSL, Solar Sports ink pact

By MST Sports | May. 14, 2014 at 12:01am

SOLAR Sports was once again named as the official broadcast partner of the Philippine Superliga.

Ramon ‘Tats’ Suzara, PSL president and main man of the organizing Score, said Solar Sports will beam matches of the PSL 2014 All-Filipino Conference, which fires off on May 16 at the Cuneta Astrodome, in all Solar Sports cable channels.

Solar Sports is available on Sky Cable (Ch.70), Destiny Cable (Ch.35), Cignal (Ch.55), and Cablelink (Ch.58).

Suzara said the PSL’s second straight year of partnership with Solar Sports, led by its President Wilson Y. Tieng and Chairman and CEO William Y. Tieng,  bodes well for the premier club league as it aims to continue drawing in fans in search of top-level volleyball action in line with the PSL theme: “Ito ang Volleyball!”

The PSL opening will also be open to the public.

Tickets are available from free at the Score office, Unit 220, Vito Cruz Tower1, 720 Vito Cruz, Malate Manila (in front of the Philippine Sports Commission building at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex).

Interested fans can also call 353-3935 (look for Angel) for tickets until they last.
