VICTORIA — On an otherwise quiet afternoon this week, a note in the electronic inbox advised that a committee of the legislature was wading into the Basi-Virk case. Even in a province where dead scandals have been known to walk again — fast ferries, HST, Bill Vander Zalm — I had to wonder if it were true.
