I got my Starter Kit. Is my first month's bill paid?
Your Starter Kit is a one-time $25 purchase that includes your SIM card and Activation Code. Your monthly unlimited plan is billed separately. For more on Starter Kits, click HERE.
When do I choose my plan?
Once your Starter Kit arrives in the mail, you can use the SIM card and Activation Code to connect your service at home. During this process, you will have the option to choose one of our unlimited plans.
Can I have Unlimited Talk & Text and Unlimited Talk, Text and Web on the same account?
Yes! Choose Unlimited Talk & Text or Unlimited Talk, Text & Web, or mix & match on the same plan to fit the way you live.
Can either the $24.88 or the $39.88 plan be the primary line on the account?
Yes! You can choose either plan for your first line and either plan for each additional line. You can get Unlimited any way you want it.
Because this is a postpaid plan, when will I be billed?
You will receive a text message 16 to 18 days after activation with billing information, but you will not receive a paper bill in the mail.
Your first bill is prorated (you'll only pay for the days of service you've already used) and will be due approximately 30 to 35 days from the day you activated. Your bill will include applicable taxes every month.
How do I use my own phone on Family Mobile?
Most GSM phones (those that use a SIM card) can be used with Family Mobile service. Check your warranty and carrier contract to see what conditions apply to unlocking your phone, then call your current provider to have your phone unlocked.
How do I pay my Family Mobile bill?
In stores ? Pay at the Money Center or customer service desk.
Online or by phone ? Pay with a credit/debit card or from a checking account at myfamilymobile.com or via the automated system by calling 611 (1-877-760-8760).
AutoPay ? Pay automatically every month via credit/debit card or from a checking account via the automated system by calling 611 (1-877-760-8760).
